Take a free trial. Through the process, download General LIMS VM image file, install the server in a VM environment, activate the server with the Free Trial License. Initialize the system by setting the server resources and parameters. This can be done by IT personnel.

Once the server is up and running, start the customization process. You can test the function you created, and continue to tune it until you get desirable result. This can be time consuming, and is a process of continual improvement.

When you feel confident in the system, you can purchase General LIMS License at the end of the free trial period, then activate the system.

Log in to General LIMS Service using the information on the Free Trial License. Specify the duration and the number of Seats for the License. You will need to purchase at least 12 months for the License.

You can purchase additional number of Seats at your convenience, the additional License will cover the same period of time as the initial License.

General LIMS accepts credit card, debit card, and other online payment options.

General LIMS License is not refundable. It is a digital form of approval to authorize the use of the software, it is not possible to revoke the authorization. General LIMS encourages our customers to take Free Trial before they make purchase.
